Surat, August 21, 2026:
Central Bank of India, Surat Region, organized a grand Retail Credit Camp at Pioneer Viona, Surat, on August 21, 2026, as part of the bank’s All-India Retail Credit Campaign.
The programme was chaired by Mr. Nishant Kumar Ranjan, Regional Head, Central Bank of India, Surat Region. Representatives from the Pioneer Viona project, including Mr. Mahendra Ji, along with Branch Managers and bank officials from various branches of Central Bank of India, valued customers and a large number of prospective homebuyers were present at the event.
During the Retail Credit Campaign conducted by the Surat Region over the past month, the bank achieved a significant milestone by sanctioning retail loan proposals worth approximately ₹50 crore. In addition, potential loan leads worth around ₹80–90 crore were generated, reflecting the growing confidence and enthusiasm of customers towards retail credit in the region.
During the camp, bank officials informed customers about attractive home loan interest rates and financing facilities. The bank highlighted the availability of home loans at an attractive interest rate of 7.00%. It was also informed that, in eligible cases, the bank is providing financing of up to 90% of the project cost.
These facilities are providing prospective homebuyers with better and more convenient financial options to purchase their dream homes.
On the occasion, Sanction Letters were also handed over to customers whose loan proposals had been approved.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Nishant Kumar Ranjan, Regional Head, Central Bank of India, Surat Region, said that the bank’s objective is to provide customers with simple, transparent and customer-centric loan facilities for their housing and other financial requirements. He added that through initiatives such as Retail Credit Camps, the bank is committed to directly reaching customers, understanding their requirements and providing suitable financial solutions.
The enthusiastic participation of prospective customers, distribution of loan sanction letters and attractive home loan facilities offered by the bank highlighted the strong potential for retail credit in the Surat region.
